Hi everyone, glad to see that some of you have already completed your Discussion Board and Facebook assignments! Well done!

If you have questions to ask me about your lesson plan ideas, could you please send it to me by email?This will save you time in your explanation and I can give my feedback more effectively. For those who have sent it in I will print a copy and talk to you on Tuesday.

All of you have had lessons with Juliana this week for FP. Please take note you have to implement BOTH lesson plans. So make sure you do some solid thinking about the activity.

I hope you enjoyed your lesson on painting this week. I am amazed at your hidden talents. Great job!

Handout and postings

Hi everyone, just take note that I have uploaded 2 summary handouts on talking to children about art under Course Documents.

You may also start your postings about the SAM visit on the Discussion board. Use ' create thread' for this and start posting.

You may also start uploading your pics and making the 4 comments under 'Wall' on CAYC2009 Facebook page.

Ensure you follow the guidelines for both assignments.

Facebook Assignment

Hi everyone!

You can now start posting your E learning assignment 1 on Facebook. I have created a sample posting. All you need to do is add your paragraph on 'Wall' and upload your picture of the artwork. Add your comments to the picture as you normally would. IMPORTANT : Please remember who's picture you have commented on.I will ask you to fill in a checklist on that later.

Remember, no repeats of artwork allowed yeah?So get there fast.

Hi everyone! Here's a warm welcome to our CAYC module blog. I hope you will use this as your first source of information on the happenings and updates for the module. I will be using this quite frequently so please log in every few days. I am very excited to be doing the Visual arts and Drama component with you and I hope we will enjoy our next few months together. You will then be under the wonderful guidance of Ms Lavina Chong ( an ever cheerful and bubbly superwoman) who will be taking over for the Music and movement component. Wow.. you guys get two lecturers!Lucccckkkyyy ! I can't wait to meet all of you! Remember .... you get out of it as much as you put into it...so..let's make this a great learning experience together!

2.Download and PRINT all documents from MEL and make sure you bring it for your tutorial.If not trust me.. you will be confused.
